Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding?
For most facade maintenance, yes. Rope access needs no scaffold hire, set-up or dismantling, so we can start sooner and costs are usually lower, especially for small or spread-out repairs.
Will the works disrupt residents or tenants?
We keep disruption to a minimum. There is no scaffold blocking windows, balconies or entrances, the ground-level work zone is small, and we coordinate access and notices with your building manager.
Do you work with strata and body corporate managers?
Yes. We work with building managers and strata committees regularly, with clear quotes, scopes of work and reporting that make approvals simple.
Can you combine several jobs in one visit?
Yes. Because we handle repairs, sealing, painting and cleaning, we can group works together so your building only needs one access set-up.
