PAINTING & REMEDIAL FAQS
Do you repair cracks and concrete damage before painting?
Yes. Crack repairs, concrete spalling, rust treatment and sealant replacement are done before painting, so the new coating lasts and water stays out.
Can residents stay home while you paint?
Yes. Residents and tenants can stay in the building as normal. We let the building manager know which areas we are working on each day so windows and balconies can be kept clear, and we protect surfaces around the work area.
Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding for painting?
For most facades, yes. There is no scaffold hire, set-up or dismantling, so works can start sooner and costs are usually lower, with less disruption to the building.
What paint do you use?
We use quality paint systems from trusted suppliers, chosen to suit your building’s surfaces and exposure, and we can work to a manufacturer’s specification where one is required.
